EZ Open Fryer
EZ Open Fryers are compact and oil-efficient: they occupy only 4.9 square feet of floor space and use up to 25% less oil than similar models. The standard basket fries up to 25 lbs. of frozen chicken and 33 lbs. of fresh chicken at a time.
